This option guarantees your space for the entire block and helps you progress through regular practice.

Cost of the block varies throughout the year and is based on the number of weeks in a block - e.g. 1 class per week for 5 weeks = £50

This is the perfect option for you if:
- you want a private class to get to grips with the basics
- are looking to improve technique
- are working with an injury or disability and want a targeted plan to support your movement goals
- you're pregnant and looking for a movement strategy to support your body's changing needs pre and postnatally.

A solo session can be done in your own home and is a great way to tailor Pilates practice to your specific movement needs.
